Thank you for your interest in becoming a partner of Sanyo Video.

Every partner application will be carefully checked by us prior to entering your data into our customer data base. Moreover, your data is required to grant you access to our webshop and partner area.

Please follow these two registration steps:

	Step 1: Fill in the terms of use and authorisation form . Fill in the terms of use (so that you can use the webshop ) and the partner application form (so you become our partner ). Both can be found further down this page.

	Step 2: Send us the documents. Please send us the following documents:
	the signed authorisation form (please print the filled in form below ), the signed terms of use (see below) a business license or certificate of registration a letterhead with your company logo
	Please send these 4 documents by post to: Sanyo Video Vertrieb AG "Become a partner " An der Strusbek 31 22926 Ahrensburg, Germany Alternatively, you may fax the documents to: +49 0 4102 4798 10

Once we have received your registration documents, we will check them and you will then receive an e-mail containing a customer number (ID) and a contact number so that you can register to the partner area (webshop).
